I confirm product availability by email within approximately one business day under normal conditions. During periods of high order volume, response times may vary depending on processing capacity.
If an item is in stock, it is typically prepared and shipped within 2–5 business days. If an item is not in stock, I will inform you of its availability and provide an estimated production and shipping timeline. Most custom production requires approximately 7–10 business days.
Once shipped, delivery time varies depending on destination and local postal services.
Pricing & Taxes
All prices on this website are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed in USD and converted to your local currency by your payment provider at the exchange rate of the transaction date.
For Canadian customers, listed retail prices include applicable federal and provincial taxes.
Shipping Address, Duties & USMCA
Orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout. If the shipping address differs from the billing address, the shipping information must be entered accurately during purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing correct address details. I cannot be responsible for shipments delayed or lost due to incorrect information entered at checkout.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
For shipments to the United States, I provide tariff exemption documentation under the USMCA agreement whenever applicable. If any local taxes or import fees are applied despite exemption eligibility, those charges remain the responsibility of the receiver.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for unused stock items in original condition.
Gold, platinum, and custom-made items are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any taxes or fees related to exchanges or returned stock items.
Custom Orders & Cancellation Fees
All custom-made products are non-returnable.
If a gold or platinum custom order is cancelled after production has been completed but before shipping, a 15% restocking fee applies. This fee reflects labor charges from the metal casting service.
Payment processing fees charged by PayPal or credit card providers (including Stripe) are non-refundable and will be deducted from any cancelled transaction.
