Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt for unused stock items in original condition.
Because many pieces are individually crafted to order, custom-made items are not eligible for return. This includes silver, gold and platinum products produced specifically for each customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any taxes or fees associated with returned or exchanged stock items.
If a custom gold or platinum order is cancelled after production has begun, restocking and processing fees may apply. These fees reflect casting labour and payment processing charges that cannot be recovered once production is completed.
