It usually takes approximately 6 to 7 working days to prepare, cast, polish, finish and pack your order.

Shipment of high value orders
Products in solid gold or high value orders must be shipped with tracked services and insurance (insurance cost will be informed by email and usually costs around 2% of the order value).
Customs and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and brokerage fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.
The customer is responsible for the payment of these costs if applied to a package.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product in sterling silver, stainless steel or bronze, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one. Products ordered in solid gold in any karat or color (white, yellow, rose) cannot be returned as they are made to order and have a high variable price and cannot be re-stocked. Products made in .999 silver also are made to order and cannot be re-stocked. You may return an eligible product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and should not have been used/worn.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and immediately notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund your purchase price, taxes(Canadian Customer) and shipping amounts and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
To request a product exchange of an eligible item, please contact us and we will give you instructions on how to proceed.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will send you a store credit notice that can be applied to any other products on our online store atlantisring.net.
Most rings are made to order and for ring size exchanges, there will be a re-casting fee of $ 15 for sterling silver, stainless steel and bronze rings, and variable re-casting fees for gold and platinum depending on the gold market price. Please inform accurate ring size when placing an order to avoid these fees.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
Shipping costs to return an item must be paid by the client unless the item purchased is defective or damaged, in which case we will reimburse the return shipping amount to the client’s account via Paypal or money order.
In the case of a ring exchange due to an incorrect size informed on the original order form, the customer will be asked to cover shipping costs (return shipping and new product shipping).
