Terms and conditions
1. Orders are processed according to the date and time they are received.
2. All prices in this website are in Canadian Dollars. US$ prices listed are for reference only as the exchange rate varies daily. The amount charged will be the amount in Canadian Dollars that will be converted into your currency according to the exchange rate of the payment date. The retail prices listed on this website already include federal and provincial taxes, unless stated otherwise.
3. We ship all orders to the address specified at the time of purchase. We accept no responsibility or liability for goods not received as a result of an incorrect address being given. Due to a very high demand, it may take between 2 and 4 weeks for your ring / pendant to be shipped. Your credit card will only be charged on the day we ship them.
4. All exchanges or claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise and must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice. No returns will be accepted without proper authorization. Please send us an e-mail requesting the return authorization code. Returns must be prepaid and returned to the address informed by Imaginarius in order to be accepted.
5. Imaginarius / Marcia Primeau is not responsible for any misuse of the products contained in this website.
